About

I am to be found at the Mercuri Urval office in Hellerup on a daily basis, where I work with Executive Search, Leadership Assessment and Selection, as well as tasks within organizational and leadership development.

I have 20 years of experience as a business leader, founder & co-founder, director, manager, and board member.

In terms of education, I hold a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (HD) and a board education from CBS. Additionally, I hold an M.A. in linguistics & psychology, and a master's degree in organizational psychology (MSc/MPO). I am trained as a process and psychodynamic coach and have further education from the Center for Group Psychology.

 

With this background, I assist public and private organizations in finding the right candidate for the specific position and also offer help in developing individuals and organizations in a direction that yields desired results.

At Roskilde University, the Department of People and Technology, and the Center for Organizational Psychology, I am affiliated with the master's program 'Master in Organizational Psychology' (MPO) as an external lecturer.

At CBS' startup education, 'Founder to Leader', I meet around 200 founders/CxOs enrolled in the program as an executive coach and leadership consultant.

Prior to my time at Mercuri Urval, I have worked in areas such as HR-tech, most recently as CEO of the HR-tech platform Duuoo. Here, I have assisted small and medium-sized private and public organizations and their leaders with the transformation from an annual and more static approach to a more agile and continuous HR and leadership approach.

I have trained leaders in coaching and employee conversations, conducted leadership workshops and day seminars, introduced and implemented new modern HR technology, and helped people and technology speak the same language.

As a leader, I have personally experienced the challenges of everyday life and have felt them on my own body and soul, which informs my understanding of leadership, processes, and entrepreneurship. It is this combination of a strong academic foundation and personal experiences that comes across, whether it concerns executive search, coaching, supervision, or leadership and organizational development.
