About
I help my clients thrive, develop, and perform. I typically work with organizations where expectations are high, complexity is significant, and change is constant.
My work is grounded in the interplay between leadership, strategy, relationships, structure, and technology. I help clients navigate complex organizational realities with clarity, direction, and a strong human foundation.
I have particular experience from innovative and growth-oriented environments, working closely with a wide range of startups and scaleups, as well as NGOs and public organizations.
In these settings, leadership often exists in the tension between uncertainty and speed, ambition and complexity — while the individual, the team, and the organization are all developing at the same time. This is the field in which I have built deep practical experience, both as an advisor and as a leader.
I have more than 20 years of experience as a business leader, founder, co-founder, CEO, and board member. I know what it means to have skin in the game, and I have experienced the daily demands, dilemmas, and pressure of decision-making firsthand.
That experience shapes the way I work: close to practice, relational, and with a strong eye for the strategic, human, and organizational dimensions of leadership.
My educational background includes a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and board education from Copenhagen Business School, an MA in Linguistics and Psychology, an MSc in the Psychology of Organizations, training as a process-oriented and psychodynamic coach, and a PhD candidacy in quantum leadership.
Together, this gives me a solid theoretical and methodological foundation, which I apply directly in my work with leaders, teams, and organizations.
I am an external lecturer at Roskilde University, at the Department of People and Technology and the Center for Organizational Psychology, where I teach on the Master’s program in the Psychology of Organizations.
In addition, I work as an executive coach and leadership consultant on Copenhagen Business School’s startup program, Founder to Leader, where I work closely with founders and C-level leaders in the early and critical phases of their leadership development.
Alongside my consulting work, I conduct research into quantum startup leadership, with a particular focus on the psychological, relational, and organizational dynamics of entrepreneurial environments.
My approach is inspired by organizational psychology, psychodynamic theory, and open systems thinking — with the aim of creating a deeper understanding of what is actually at stake in leadership under uncertainty.
My work is anchored at the intersection of client work, academic research, my own leadership experience, and concrete practice. I work with coaching, supervision, leadership development, and organizational development for clients who want both reflection and real movement.
I also work with executive search and recruitment, helping clients sharpen their understanding of tomorrow’s needs and match those needs with the strongest candidates in the market.
